Grandview

Grandview (Commercial Drive) is a neighbourhood located to the East of Downtown Vancouver.

The boundaries of Grandview are Venables to the north, Nanaimo Street to the east, Clark Drive to the west and East 15th and Stainsbury to the south.

Grandview is one of Vancouver’s most unique and energizing neighbourhoods full of culture and history.

This neighbourhood is full of ethnically diverse restaurants, local markets, cheese shops, drinking establishments, coffee shops, green patio spaces, shops, and boutiques.

Grandview is a neighbourhood with a vibrant variety of real estate options including single-family and mid-rise multi-family dwellings such as 1- and 2-bedroom condos, townhomes, detached-homes and many new condominium and townhouse options.

Grandview is home to six elementary schools including Grandview Elementary, Queen Alexandra Elementary, Britannia Elementary, Lord Nelson Elementary, Queen Victoria Elementary, and Laura Secord Elementary School.

Secondary schools: Gladstone Secondary and Britannia Secondary.

Vancouver Technical Secondary is the public high school in the neighbourhood.

The availability of public transit provides residents easy access to Hastings-Sunrise, Downtown, Mount Pleasant, Gastown, Trout Lake etc. using plenty of bus routes, the Skytrain Station, bike paths and driver routes.
